This past weekend, I killed two MG Steeps, and both dropped Hill Giant Toes.
Also drops Golden Pendant.
Most are light blue but they all have lots of hit points.

This one has considerably more HP's than the other Mountain Giants. Hits for about the same but when I can usualy take one down without healing my pet more than once, this guy required me to run OOM healing my pet. When the fight was over I was OOM and he was down to 2 bubbles of health.

some con blue to my 53 pally, so should maybe be level 45 range im thinking, and these things are tough for tanks to try to solo.

Have seen these in Dreadlands even to me at 40.

Yup it dropds the loop. I didn't believe the giants in DL dropped em but first one a I pulled for my group had a loop on it! haha, never the less, they made me keep pulling for now on instead of the tank lol.
