these guys are easy. i killed the normal charbone skelleys in loio at lvl20. they didnt hurt me too much. but i am a master at duel wield,1h slash, parry,dodge double attack and offense and defence

these things will agroe at lvl 60! i've had skeletons (lvl 5) agroe on my lvl 60 druid.
i sat medding after quite a fight with a gobby(little ******* left me with half hp and OoM) one of these came up and beat me into the ground, most con blue to me at 20 but loio is weird....

use extreme cuation around these guys thier agro and much much more than u think they are espeicially if you think they r the same as ice bones let me clear that up NOO!

As a 20th circle Iksar Monk, I can solo these guys no problem, but don't make the mistake I did and get cocky. I had just aquired a new shiney Bo Stick and I was off to raise my 2hb skill that I'd been neglecting. So, with a 2hb skill of 1 (yeah, one) I jumped on one of these. Well, to say the least, things wheren't going my way, so I dropped the Bo and went hand to hand with him. But it was too late and had to eventually FD. Well, low and behold I get shafted on my FD roll and fail (I have a 105 skill). Two or three wacks later I'm wasted. How embarrasing...=P

I notice that when you try and do a run by smack and pull with a monk(lvl 20 Luclin) that they always seem to max dmg me. Anywhere in the range of 25 to 50dmg their first hit on me. Then after that it they hit me for no more than 30. I wonder why that is??? Maybe they hit me in the back as I pull the hit and run, lol. Kinda strange but it seems they always do that. :)

These guys like to hang out with burynai. Don't go down there unless you're either highish level (20ish) or suicidal.
Got one of these trained on me by some lev 13. It thouroughly thrashed me, taking the level i got while allowing the newb to zone. I was pissed.

They arent that bad. I soloed them at 18 with my shaman.

Ive been a group of 9 to 13 or 14 and killed a few of these. They hit hard and we only had a death once.

hehhheheheheh, these things will never stop agrroing....i am level 31, and a pally, STANDING in ill omen, and they still began to attakc me, my ghoulbain made short work of em, but it was still funny as hell.
Skellies don't care man, they're suicidal. Decaying skelletons still aggro me at 21. Crazy buggas, they'll kill themselves with my 9hp damage shield, IF they manage to hit me.

Umm... dude... Decaying Skellies DON'T agro... they all con indifferent...
Kunark decays do indeed agro. Ran my 25 HIE Wiz past one and he came to play. If it's an Iksar skelly, assume it's going to try and punch you, 30 level difference or no.

Kunark decaying skellies are agro...at least to my Iksar shammie.

If your a paly all skellies are agro to you except for decaying skellies, anyway if you are smart any paly when he or she gets invis to undead should use it to keep them from attacking you.
Yea, it depends on your race, class and diety if they aggro or not. Decaying skellies still aggro on my 27 Chanter(Svinter), but they are indifferent to my 5 Druid(name hard to spell).

the loot can sometimes ROCK off these guys....I got a finely crafted weapon last night...as well as 4p....for the level of the mob I don't think its too bad loot

thats not bad at all. from what i remember watching my friends necro fight in LoIO was around 25-30ish gobbos dropped FS and cash. not sure about the 4pp but definately the FS weaponry. very nice indeed :)
then again all the kunark cash loot is nuts. hell, the lvl 2 scorpions drop 7sp pincers and it only gets better...hehe
