Dropped 3 shattered staff of the scarlet witch and banshee heart.
Tried to solo her w/ my 34 mage... must hit 200+ cause it took my 34 earth pet down after 3 rounds, then proceeded to blast me for 500 while summoning me. was able to zone into PoK with 10 HP's left

The location is correct, but the description is a bit misleading. The swamp is in the northeastern part of the zone, inside the circular mountains. In the NW corner of this area, you'll find the witch. Don't do like I did and go to the NW corner of the zone; that's a different witch.

Dropped Shattered Staff of the Scarlet Witch (x3) (quest item) as well as Stringy Banshee Hair. Staff is obviously for a low level quest. Haven't found any more info yet.
Found her at +1600 -670 in the NW corner of the swamp.

it says lv 40 im a lv 40 and it coned Dark blue to me had a 500 point damage spell it cast ever so often im a 40 SK it didnt hit hard other then that spell. it droped a no drop quest item staffx3 anyone found where to turn it in?

it is not the swamp area, but the forest area where are wolves. NPc who gives thet ask is zek the witch hunter, and is a basilisk who got cursed by a witch
