some of these must be at least 47. I tried dire charming one of them with my druid and got the too high level message.
Spinereef seahorses are rangers. When I rooted one and stepped back, it wouldn't do anything except occasionally try to cast a low level spell that I would resist. They're probably the easiest seahorses to kill.

On a guild raid to KK and the second floor was camped...went and explored to find some of these guys and they were some trouble to kill with the other 10 fishes luckily we had 3 groups... dont underestimate these tiny guys
