Dunno about KK, but these drop in Sirens Grotto of seahorses too. Shock horror drama!

these scales can be purchase from a merchant near the NPC that give out the Force of akera quest, facing the water turn left to building that has barrels on sign, the first merchant in that area has seahorse scales look Purple and triangular shaped. Hope this helps
once again - these must've been sold to that vendor because they are not there..
4 days in a row and noone selling in bazaar or in auction channel.. I really don't want to go to kedge just for seahorse scales but I guess that's what makes it a quest.

I went to Ak'Anon and found the Clockwork grocer in the center building in the middle of the lake. He was NOT selling this item.
It's because some idiot found them on a vendor AFTER a player sold them and then submitted it here. ou can only find them after someone has sold them.
