killed these guy easy with guild but at the end watch out for CH. dropped mist bracer and gaunts and shappire.

Yeah, heals can be a real pain: with my Necro I aggro-kite these guys and then when they get below about 40% health I hit them with Screaming Terror (stun spell) whenever they start casting. Little tricky, but not too hard unless they resist the stun and get a spell off.

Clerics have an ugly magic resistance. In fight these should be dispelled repeatedly, tashed, malised and stunned in case they will land their CH. These guys are what ires me most about hate.

Not only are they a pain in the ***, but the plane gives crazy amounts of drops to clerics. 2 items for anyone else, 14 cleric drops. Come on VI, how about some balance?

Cant wait to get just one piece of visable purple...Being a Halfling i get mistaking for a druid alot, with this i will only be asked for sow by noobs :D

I play a druid also and actually envy your mistakenly getting tells for sows as opposed to myself: because he's a 'sticks out like a sore thumb HIE he must be a cleric lets ask for a rez' I would gladly swap tell bombs for rezzes with tell bombs for sow. 700 mana for rez plus traveling all over Norrath AND dropping everything I'm doing to help a total stranger... Geez, now I wanna shelve the cleric and go back to playing my dr00d lol

...to deal with the magic resistance stand at point blank range and make sure there being taunted...this alloyed me to land on ice giants at lvl 36.

Yes, there is a faction hit to InhabitantsOfHate. Won't affect any non-hate factions.

hello all...basicly a stupid question but, i am a 38 darkelf cleric..and yet i have seen many other dark elf clerics wearing this armor and this being my main, do i take faction hits aginst my guild for killing these guys one day?....or am i being totally paranoid and have to believe the idea that there are no faction hits in the Plains.

You actually get a faction hit against the ResidentsOfHate or something along those lines. Your faction with Innoruuk (whereby being the faction for your guild) does not go down.

I would just like to add that this webpage forgets to mention that the clerics also can drop Prismatic shield(18ac +10 to all saves)

These clerics drop etheral mist A LOT. my friend went on a raid of hate yesterday and 4 cleric arms and 1 bp dropped over the 5-7 hours they were there, which in eq time, isn't a lot =)

Very true, in the first 10 minutes we were up there the bp dropped, unfortunately we didn't get to stay long, and didn't kill any more clerics.

The Clerics spawn in the corner every 30 mins, so we camped them until every Cleric in our guild was a full grape

I think you'll find that you are talking out of your butt. Verant changed it so that the corner spawns NEVER drop cleric armor simply to stop farmers.

I have seen up to 5 peices of cleric armor droped in one raid witch is awsome for all you cleric just dieing to get your pimpish purple armor!

Heh, I love the droprate of Cleric armor in Hate. Really. Look at my character ingame, only missing 1 Bracer and a BP :)

Ok...what the hell are you guys smoking? Well, down to business: These things have a brutal MR, almost every spell is a resist even after they're green. =( Make sure to Dispell, the Malosi, then SNARE THAT THING...or just bend over and kiss your *** g'bye. It can cast spells while running, typically CH. There's something like 40 of them all in all in the PoH. (Other notes: They're DE Guards. Lightie Clerics: Heal em all, nice and happy people. Darkie Clerics: Tools of the evil satanic gods of hell. Yes, it would be nice if you could see the armor but at the time they really didnt have the hard drive space or the technology to do it. Ok, I'm done.)

They have high MR but they aren't a spite golem. Spells hit em but they do resist quite a bit. Plenty of folks hit em more easily than others(Wizzies, Necros, Mages, and such).

as a 51 druid i wasnt resisted once, just knock a Ro's Fiery Sundering on it and blast away....got aggroe a few too many times though...

these guys are a pain in the butt to kill they CH stuff and buff everything with reso naltron word shield ect. which makes everything almost twice as hard as it was before DOH btw I have seen a high elf enchanter in lots of insidious armor and basically the best enchanter on our server charm one before =) and btw they are an easy mez to a good enchanter so bring the enchanters in mass when you raid hate =) DUH they spawn ALOT near inno so watch out it SUCKS when they get a CH off on a god =) all of his 64000 hp back or whatever it is hehe
