Fabled is level 75. Easy fight, altho seems to be very FR. Dropped both regular and Fabled Book.... stats on Fabled:

REQUIRED level is 75, which is nuts...

this mob has a big regen try cancel if ya can
Hit me with Tendrils of Madness - didn't seem to do anything except make me look like a drake, probably a random illusion. Detrimental spell that lasted for 3 or 4 ticks.
Our group faced this guy 3 times and dropped him all 3 times. He dropped the 3 main items and was in different form each time. Dark Elf, Lightcrawler, Skellie. And he was located in 3 dif places when pulled.
along with the helm and the usual Grieg's key, dropped Part of Yaeth's Compendium Pg. 117 (right side)

Was an easy kill with my 65 necro, bazaar geared, just agro kitted took less than 2 minutes. Only dropped the helm.

The named mobs in this zone appear as a random mob model to everyone...I'm looking at this guy right now and he looks like a spectre. We saw another named one time, I saw him as an Ogre, another group member saw him as a Vah Shir, one saw him as a Crocadile, etc...
Anyone know what area this guy spawns?
