I don't see how it's rare, we were there for 2 hours and had 4 of these rings drop. Doesn't seem rare to me, but what do I know? hehe

I've been in Grieg's End for about a week - Killing the Named ones. I've got 3 Pantaloons off of Amnarra. I've also got 1 book, 4 helms off of Khemot. So I would say the Helms and the Pantaloons are common - and the ring is uncommon. I've also gotten some other items - but where off the other named ones.
