yes they summons and will keeep pulling you back beeting you every time they also cast spells

The ones on the castle wall, not too far from the zone in, are green to lvl 65, I don't believe they summon, tho I haven't tried fighting one, they are charmable, stunnable, and mezzable, tho their magic resits is still high w/ tash.

The ones on the castle walls will summon as well some with the Gaint constructs that roam in the pit there =)
