Guard Ledshin retired after the Planes of Magic and Rage were opened up. He patrolled the area around the west gate in West Freeport.

He starts just inside the newbie gate, then walks over to the ruined area of WFP (where the east zone line to NFP is, near the hangman's noose). In fact, this is probably the best place to pull him as the NFP zone line will be reasonably close. (Just remember that Guard Jendl guards the NFP zone line.)

Hehe Same here. I kill the EC Guards and now, I was like aprhenehsively and the only guard that attaked me was this Freak, I would kill em except there are too many guards close by.

For some reason this guard can see invisible. I am KOS in west freeport and everytime I con him, its scowls ready to attack, while the others are indifferent. So keep an eye out for him if you are KOS. He usually walks around near the Freeport Militia House entrance.
