Dropped off Giblets today too... I was camping Gristle to get it, so was a nice surprise when Giblets obliged :-)
If you are a shaman and cant seem to find a recipe in the list for your combines... here it is.
1 Abstruse piece.
1 chainmail (arm) template *(or whatever armor piece you are trying to make)
1 dedicant coalescing agent
put them all into a shroud of dreams and hit combine... and there ya go
