This is a rotdog known to spawn in the western half of the courtyard (known to be found at or around -160, 365 -- towards the western wall). Giblets hits for a max ~6,800.

Mob drop that thing, every 500 mobs = 1 bag. (500 nameds, not common mobs)

Also others nameds in garden drops others nice bags.

I was camping Gristle as I needed arms, and low and behold it actually dropped off Giblets! WOOT

So you can add Abstruse Remnant of Devotion to the Giblets list
