In the Feerrott (old world): Known to spawn as a roamer in the lizard camp just south of the PoK book (near the north bridge).

In Feerrott, the Dream (House of Thule): PH is "a lizardman watcher" (in the lizardman camp just south of the Plane of Knowledge book, near the bridge - east side of the river). Watcher Yaotl hits for a max ~5,800 and is among the easier nameds in the zone.
