It was already put out over @ Rasper's Repository that concordant or discordant MEDIAL Lumin or Incand is tier 4 armor. To make tier 4 armor u need a piece of tier 3 armor. You also need a container from ZEB in the Void called : Temporal Molting Cell. You can only get this container by having all progression done that gets you to Void E. You buy the expansion SEED's. You start at Void A. You complete theme progression, Oceangreen, Bloodykithicor, Field Of Bone, Invasion Of The Rathe (Tosk), and Kuaa (zones: old blood fields and old dranik). Completeing these themes will get you to Void b, c, d, e, ....
For example you start at void A , and you complete theme oceangreen all its progression. you will now be able to zone into void B .. How do you know If you are in Void B or void c etc ... its simple zone into void and type /who it will tell you which void you are in.
For Tier 3 armor you will need a seminal ( seminal's drop off named mobs in all theme zones) and a tinea from ZEB. Also you will need your class container to make the combine ( example Class Druid container is called: Polymorphic Cocoon. It costs 10 chronobines). The seminal and tinea have to match for example if your seminal is for hands you must buy the tinea hand for the combine etc for all armor. I hope this was helpful. I take no credit for any of this. I assume these are like the steamcores in SoF but does anyone have any particulars figured out? What armor do they go on, what do you do the combines in and where do you get that container from, etc?
in addition to this item there is also 'Distorted Medial Incandessence' with the same slots listed that drops from the same mob. What is the difference between incandessence and luninessence?

You take the essence and buy (with chronbines?/faction currency) molds from that big npc in the Void - you may have to get faction before you can do this, anyway the essence and a appropiate mutating tinea combine in a cocoon to make a piece of fine armour - stats may vary with the kind of essence used.

stats are exactly the same, all that varies is the side stats like mana regen, hp regen, ect.
