Is he HS able? i might try him on my 95 ranger raid geared VoA and HS him so my 88 rogue has a bow lol

Killed him 5 or 6 times before he dropped the bow. Good thing he and his PH are on a fast respawn timer. Continued to camp him for 3 toons worth of essences. Hehe

Just fought him. I did not see any BS damage messages. He hit my 84 max AA warrior for a max of about 3400. However he also procs or has an ability called Vicious Would that seems to be a DoT for about 2500 per tick. Combine those together and he has pretty mean DPS. Took him down today with moderately group geared 83 war, 85 druid, 78 rogue and mercs but could barely keep war healed.

No one mentioned this orc will backstab you from the front too.
Just checked my log,it backstabs every 10 11 secs on my SK(tanking it with mostly T5 gears).Max BS is 18300(yes,its 18K).Not so good when you got the unlucky round.
Dropped Essence 3 times in 4 kills and still no Bow.

85 MAG and t5 merc, air pet did fine with this guy, I did have to heal some but named went down fast. I camped him for 4 hours I got him to spawn twice both times he dropped essence and bow(very happy PAL and WAR) funny thing I was there for the ear for DRU, maybe I will get lucky with that drop next time.

Can't be stunned, so our Pally had a rough time with him -- wiped a good group down to the ground. Hit me, 82 Ranger 5 times for ever 5k each swing.

Killed him a few times in the past 2 days. Spawn location is as mention and yes he comes solo. The 2 slot aug earring seems extremely rare but the 6 min respawn timer makes it a fun camp. 2 other named spawn around this area so it can be a very good camp to acquire a few different essesence's.

since its not really mentions / that location is UPSTAIRS
In the room where he spawns there are 5 mobs. 2 on each side and one in the middle. The middle mob is the PH. We camped him last night for about 3 hours and he spawned 4 times. Surprisingly we got him on the 2nd and 3rd spawn and then again a little over an hour later. We got one essence, one bow and two single slot earrings.
We camped in the hall with the static mob spawn to our back and the room in front. Once we split the mobs the pulls were easy.
We had a lvl 85 Tier 5 Merc Warrior tanking, lvl 85 Wizzy botting an 85 Cleric and 83 Chanter and 85 Necro botting an 85 Cleric. Once slowed both bot Clerics had no problems keeping Merc alive with spam heals. I would not say that he is any harder than any other named in the zone.

Yeah found this out are running around for a bit. To get to him, go to the NW corner of the zone, then follow the corridor around and south. You will pass through a square room... more corridor.... a round room (take the south corridor)... and finally into another square room. Frundil or his PHer sentinel will be in the middle of this room.

Dropped Distorted Medial Luminessence for me today. I imagine he drops both of the arm/leg gems.

The loc for this mob is neg 1356 pos 1199 he is in a room with 2 mobs on the right and left he spawns in the middle and his ph is a sentinel good hunting

It should be noted that he comes solo when ya tag him from the doorway to his spawn room.
