Are these available in unlimited supply, or were these just dumped on the vendor by someone who'd been making them?

It costs about 45 plat or so per combine to make one of the tier XIII pok potions, and that's if you farm the drop portions yourself instead of going to the bazaar to buy it. Although a successful combine creates 5 of them, at a trivial of 468, you need alot of luck one each combine, even with salvage 3 and alchemy mastery 3, since you can only get a modified skill up to 345 with a trophy that you have up to level 7.
If someone did make them in bulk, I doubt they would sell them back to a vendor instead of setting up shop in the bazaar and at least try to recoup some of the expense making them.

Even with having to have alchemy3 and 12% trophy, ye still have 68% chance to make one (72.75% success rate with 15% trophy). 68% is basically a little better than two out of three. I'm not complaining. You get five of them for every success.

I would hope if someone had success on a 468 trivial combine, they would not sell the product to a vendor! I would use it myself!!
