*Sneaking in with a rogue shroud might work. Starting from scratch, I had to kill 250+ Nightmoon kobolds to get me to dubious.
Ironskull is a Coldeye orc located in the Coldeye outpost in Icefall Glacier. He is standing on a ledge in "foyer" cave
of the outpost (LOC +1890, -980 approx)

Ironskull wants to put a stop to the kobold's practice of drinking from the skulls of fallen orcs. He would like you to recover the skulls and take vengeance on the kobolds found with them.

The Nightmoon Kobolds can be found in the NW part of Icefall Glacier near the wizard spires (LOC: +2240, +1060 approx)
Though inside the caves would require a group, there are plenty of single pulls near the entrance of their caves.

The drop rate on these varies dramatically.

Deliever 4 Orcskull Cups To Ironskull
Return to Ironskull and give him the 4 skullcups. You are rewarded with experience and a "Skullcup Charm".

Berzok in Icefall dropped it last night as well.
just dropped this at the wizzy spires in icefall; and still no idea what it's for.

it's not 1 pp it's 1 silver piece if sold to a vender .. as for what it's for still dont know but dropped on nearly 3/4 the kobolds in icefall western cave.
still no idea on what this is for?
Also dropped off whiteflame in Valdeholm
Confirmed that it drops from The White Flame in the Vald East Pit.
