Dropped last night in Creator mission from an Isle Windguard. Quest updated for the WE Druid in group when he looted it.

I just did the diseased Puma quest and got the horn from the Loremaster's in the garden, one of the other kirin's also dropped the horn but didn't update the quest. I waited for the second spawn and got the loremaster to drop it.

I needed the Impeccable Kirin Horn to complete the Grandmaster Half-elf symbol quest. The quest told me to go to the Isles, so what I did is get a group of friends together and just camped out a DoN Creator in the garden room until it dropped. I consider myself extremely lucky after reading what the previous posts have to say becuase it only took 2 hours and it dropped off of an Isle Keeper when Allah mentions only the Isle Icedrafter as the only mob.

Got the task update on a friend by getting the instance from Lavastorm off of Kanetheus Forestwalker I belive - mission called - Diseased Pummas.
They zoned in and killed some Stillmoon loremaster's and got it pretty quick.

I have been trying to get a horn for nearly a year. It's getting to be ridiculous. It's the last piece I need to make GM augs.

Creator quest has dropped a few I have seen.

They do drop in creator but when I looted one it didn't update the quest. I've only found the Loremasters in the un-instanced Stillmoon
Stuck on this part as well... it says to "recover an impeccable kirin horn FROM stillmoon loremasters" so I'd assume the non-instanced loremasters drop them.
I looted one in a Thundercrest mission but it did not update my quest (vah shir GM cultural). Does this horn only drop in Stillmoon instances or can it also drop in the normal version? Did a diseased puma mission and killed many kirin without seeing any drop. Also camped normal version of Stillmoon and killed a bunch of kirin without seeing any impeccable horns.
