Some people may wonder why even to bother with Trushar's Mending if they've already got Chloroblast. The reason is simple -- it is a quick heal costing very little mana, but the best part is that according to the spell data it heals 1048 to 1048 hp, unlike Chloroblast which heals something like 994hp to 1044hp.
Both cost about the same mana (330), but Trushar's will *always* heal you for 1048hp (before healing focii or healing aa's). In addition, the casting time is .75 sec less on Trushar's. This may not seem like a lot, especially when casting speed focii are used, but it can mean the difference between life and death to the soloing beastlord.
