According to various other nameless sources, both Grishna Vriensa in E.C. Tunnel and also Gaddi Burucain PoK Library have this Tome for sale. I don't know if the Head Crush ability requires a Rage Axe to use, or a Bloodseekers, or a Battlerage Axe... if you have a 60+ Berserker and know first hand, please reply with that information, thank you.

Shuris MacLurin also sells this in Abysmal Sea. Consumes a rage axe at a cost of 215 endurance per throw.
