The placeholder for this mob (when it pops) is "a sewer turepta". At least, that was the mob that popped right on top of me when the named (should have) popped. =) Made for an interesting fight.

Have seen him con both dark blue and yellow to me, so lvl range is at least 64-66. Spawned in the room before the underwater tunnel, in the back left (SE) corner.
After a recent patch, the megaquest item Processing Gizmo now drops everytime from Grimy. Along with this, Sony seems to have nerfed the hell out of Grimy's spawn rate (I mean to the point where it's not worth doing this camp if you're expecting loots). However, the xp is quite good and the mobs are well balanced and hard hitting making this zone pretty fun to xp in.
Last night the ShadowKnight Spell Mental Horror dropped from this mob. Was able to get someone in to loot with like 20 seconds left on corpse.
I like to set up camp near Ansharu. There's a turtle in the room prior that is a PH for Grimy, and also any of the 5 turtles in the dead end room near Ansharu is also a PH. I usually dualbox a 65 cleric and 65 beastlord (time geared BL) and can keep this area clear of turtles. Sometimes I throw in a 65 berserker if I feel like 3 boxing. Not a tough camp. To break turtle room, pac the center turtle each time and pull the mobs around it. Most turtles can triple for up to 1.3k (including grimy). If you get the lvl 66 grimy, this one can triple for 1.4k. Watch out for wanderer respawn! (best to get it on a timer so you don't run into any problems)
I also keep my 65 Bard parked outside sewers to selos/da friends that come to loot any spells that may rot. I have found that with selo's on (and invis), you can usually run right past all the mobs to Ansharu so quickly, the see invis mobs don't even aggro all.
Still looking for the BL dot to drop, and I'm still saying "wtf?!" to myself concerning the warsong of vah shir drop last week lol.
