Original8/10/15 - Just confirmed for any that are looking that the Tomes are available on the TLP servers Lockjaw and Ragefire, in Freeport West from the vendor Teniyu Emua in front of the Temple of Marr. I am an Ogre that follows Rallos Zek, and was successful getting an Invis and runing from EC tunnel to the vendor to buy the NO DROP tomes. Funny EQ and their little quirks making it hard for evil races.
I can also confirm that the Tome Vendor in EC tunnel "Voris Flatblade" is NOT in game on Lockjaw/Ragefire. Hope this helps, because this tome is mandatory for Warriors. /nod

By far this is my favorite discipline on my 42 warrior. I never lose aggro for long and if I do, I can grab it back while using this.
Get to mob, attack, taunt it until successfull, then provoke it. Keeps most of them stuck to you like glue. Lose aggro due to a heal or nuking ? Get the mob, taunt it again, and you should keep it until another heal or nuke lands.
