Spell: Summon Iron Bracelet  

 

They are all sold except for the lvl 61 version is quest in pok. 340pp each even the lvl 20 version I checked the bazaar npc today. They are at the bottom of the list.

This spell is not sold by vendors, it is a quest that starts in the Plane of Knowledge. The spell Starts with Nayr Cogswin. he wanders a circuitous path in the neutral part of PoK, and eventually goes and stands right in front of the Ak'Anon book. just wait there for him. Hail him, and he will say something about rallican...to this you must reply "who is rallican." "who rallican" didnt work for me, neither did "rallican." Anyways, he says some more stuff with the context word [happened]...to this you must say "what happened." then he will continue again, with [materials] the next bracketed word. To this say [what materials]

Now you are at the meat of the quest, and this is where i think it gets interesting. This guy seems to give out a different quest based on your level. At my lvl (56) i was requested to get an oxidized steel plate, a cohesion gem, and a gallenites sapphire bracelet (summoned bracelet).

The oxidized steel plate drops in the Plane of Innovation off of a rusted model, lvl 47-50.

I have yet to find a cohesion gem.
