How many would it take to take this guy down? what does this guy hit for? How many HP's does he have? Just would like to know some info from anyone who has taken down him or any other of the main people in here.

Not saying I would turn this away right now, but it's not something I will pray for each day and try to farm hehe.

Even with Planar Power, many tanks capable of doing Lords in PoS have their Stamina maxed out with even a mid 50s shammy stamina buff. Hence, no bonus to Stamina isn't really a concern for them.

Ok assuming your not on the UBAH guild of your server and are wearing AVG to above aVG stuff this will be replacing 6/65s, shadels, and if ya shelled out some cash Valoriums. I FEEL privledged to wear slime ring and valorium at my lvl (62) and know several people in my position who get by with less
You only have to get STA to 50 points below max. Shammie buffs take care of the rest. I'm in a far from uber guild and am already shedding STA gear for raw HP gear. Getting 200STA on a tank is easy if you know what to look for.

Well..since alot of people will still have 6ac/65hp rings on...this is an improvement in every fashion. More..AC. More hp. Way more stats. Nice ring.
you sick man? you think everyone out there post 60+ has items that gives 100hp/mana in every slot. damn this would be a upgrade to like hello 90% of the server population out there. before you post some silly stuff like that, check to see what others are using. if my class could use this id drop one of my rings in a second to grab this thing.

But seriously any class that has the ability to wear this would do so very well. Remember it is all a game balancing thing. They want to balance everything. Did any of you ever play MAGIC the Gathering???? Remember the old Balance card... that was the one that leveled the playing field.. Well, Sony just keeps on playing that same card. Over and over and over again. Warriors are not obselete or outdated. The other classes were just up-ed to catch up and balance the field. Just like monks were nerfed (it was about time IMHO and I have 4 monks on 3 servers) Sure, they screwed warriors on the epic (which there again IMHO I think that epics should start at lvl 1 and go to 60 and should be almost impossible to attain. Besides the fact that the epic weapon should be the best for that class in the game. As well there should be epic armor as well to be made by lvl 60 and up to be completed at lvl 65 and all trade skills MUST BE USED and all who perform the trade skill for the part should have to be Grand Master as well.) Again those are MY ideas and only that... But to all you warriors, you got screwed on your epic, and some other things, but remember we rely on you to be our meatshield. You take care of us casters so we (at least I ) will take care of you...
i always look at the rings ..but hmm will have to do the trails and get in there...my tower of frozen shadow rings are getting pretty tarnished

This is SOOOOO a warrior ring(with added mana)but it seems that all the good warrior stuff can be used by pally and SK, and all that..then u get the bard only items like that rings thats a stringed instrument..and all that other crap, with the pally swords that rock and you come to warriors...only good item so far..Cord hilted spike driver...That is it..the only warrior only item ive seen that is good...now there are like great sword of heroism. pally only. mace of the fallen crusader, pally only. and multiple other SK/pally only weapons and items..why not a few more warrior only things...At this rate all the SK pally stuff will be in lower tier planes and all the good warrior gear will be in the elemental planes, and in time and all the other high up ones..planes that people like me a 53 warrior will probably never see because i am not uber enough for it, and cant get the uber gear cuz its up in the high tier planes..to me this sounds like crap, c'mon verant, warriors are becoming extinct and we all know it, SK and pally can hold better argo than me, and rangers with their sick epics can also..and hybrid plate classes are matching my hp and AC..it sucks.. just my 2 cent rant..

Every class in the game can just about steal aggro from a warrior...their sole job is to NOT steal aggro. If they do remind them what their purpose there is. Most "aggro stealing" classes come with spells that help them prevent that, just make sure that they are using them!

Not disrespecting your level, or gear, or aything like that, 53 is a good achievment and something to be proud of. But bear in mind that a lot of what PoP offers to the player is catering to the 60+ toon with or without top line gear.
My gear is not the best, far from it, but it isnt shabby. I have some ToV gear, mixed in with some luclin gear, and end up with a pre-buff AC of 1100, something which you will most certainly pass before your level 60.
Idea is to get armor and gear from the previous expansions and gradually work towards PoP and what it has to offer. Also remember that a lot of the other gear is designed for epic fights, while PoP fights are designed to me over pretty fast.
If you keep levelling, also remember that you will quite often get preferential treatment (probably a poor choice of words there) in terms of some armor, just so you CAN MT on occasion. I know as a bard I'm not at the top of the list for a ToV BP, nor do I expect to be - its why I went and got a BP from UP instead. A lot of the time warriors that need better armor are given it for obvious reasons - they need it more than other classes is just one.
Your gear will improve drastically as you get closer to 60 as well, jus because of hte drops in the areas you need to hunt in. Get to 56 and hunt in UP, or CT and you'll start seeing ac 26 helms, 36 BP's (or 45 if your lucky) or mossie leg earrings from CT. They will come if you level and hunt in the right areas.
One thing I HAVE noticed with PoP is that a lot of the econdary slots a lot of people have ignored are getting a lot more drops. Previously most warriors aimed for a mosquito leg earring for the hitpoints, yet there are allready multi earrings that are as good, if not better, comnig from the first 2 tiers of PoP.
Your main armor may not improve real fast with PoP, but look about for the secondary items. The improvements on your current gear may surprise you.

Warrior hp/ac is not matched by a pally or an SK if they are in the same guild/hunnt with the same people all the time for thier gear. As a warr your hp/ac are the highest in the game....and trust me warr's get aggro like nobody's bidness when u get lvl 60 and maybe a nice tauunting blow wep or your epic or any wep that isnt crap really. I'm lvl 56 and the only people who grab my aggro or rather could are rangers and any ranger who neglects thier jolt spells and get's my aggro swiftly dies....so no warriors are not obsolete.
anyone can grab war agro even at 65, just bye that time we learn that if we do not want to die we dont steal agro, each class has to learn how not to do that. That is why most want sk/pally to tank so we dont have to worry about the agro, u would have to try to take agro from a pally/sk then they normally take it right back.
This ring would be of huge benefit to MANY classes. I can't really say that a ranger or rogue would/should get first dibs on this just because of the DEX on it. Yes they have class specific skills based on dex but with all the combat procs on weapons now (even new PoP items have procs all over them) and the imbue weapon with a proc spells this would probably be of great benefit to ANY melee class with a proc because of the DEX.

Dex is also critical for warriors. It effects their procs and their critical hits, which of course help them keep aggro.
All in all...this is a sweet item that ANY of the listed classes would greatly benefit from. =)

Rogues may be able to finally get that all so elusive 4 digit backstab, and well anything that left a ranger's bow with a ring like that would be some very 3 digit if not 4 digit crits. Especially since they raised that stat cap way over 255 if you got the aa points to invest of course.
there have already been 4 digit critical backstabs. they're still pretty rare though.
thus the meaning of the term "elusive"
