My Dark Elf Female Cleric 53rd. Uses this as travle gear on RALLOS ZEK ! I have better NO DROP gear but often wear this because it shows off my sexy tight stomach and cute belly button that should be pierced. It also shows off my HUGE RACK 38 DD's rather nicely. STATS???? Who Cares keep the Soul traped forever and show this off to your Evil Girlfriends next time your sacraficing some worthless worm of a man to Innoruuk.

Well, leave it to a man to give himself away -- there is no way any elf in this game is a 38, lol... If you knew about bra sizing you would know only an Ogre could wear a 38! (i.e., the # corresponds to ribcage width, not breasts, hun.):P
Well, regardless, it does appear that the top doesn't fit on a DE anyway, so, better head back to Vikki's Secret to get resized! ;)

considering most the main classes that have the lvl to obtain and use this, all but monk and beastlord would prolly have better. i'm sure there are some exceptions. is pretty heavy for monk, but if u can spare the 5.0, the ac is nice. i just read the quest and it is lengthy in duties and is hardly justifiable unless you just enjoy that sort of thing =) i love quests but i like a nice reward to show off my accomplishments myself.

Easy quest, especially if you have already done it for the weapons. All you have t do is go to stonebgrunt and put the shadow item and the hammer in the forge and click combine.
Also, the main class that would want this is..... Druid
18ac, 3wis, 5mana chest item for a druid, thats pretty nice.
They can't wear the shadow version, can wear the purified. I know lvl 40 druids that wear foreman's tunics, Brown Chitin Protector, or crystal covered shroud (the human ones). This is better than (or as good as) all of those, and could reasonably be quested by someone as low as 30, depending on the group they get for ToFS. Zorglim the dead pops on second floor in the library, which is not too hard a spot. You can pull to the zone in, and get very few adds that way.

The reason you see 40 druids wearing BCPs or foreman's tunics is because most people are too afraid to venture into the depths of the Temple of Droga to aquire the Shroud of Nature. Trust me, that is worth the time spent. However, Droga is not for anyone, you have to have some knowledge of dungeon crawling. If you don't, bring some friends. Don't get me wrong, doing this quest is fun, but you're right, this is a nice change from those 2 stated above. Well, have fun and do what you will, it's not my character.
hehehe, i wouldn't mind getting this for my cleric who is only lvl 3 atm, anyone got the details on what i need for this stuff? i can camp tofs with my main :) laterz

This item is the result of a quest in stonebrunt. You bring in some tunic from TOFS (crystalized shadow tunic maybe?) run the quest, and this is what it turns into. I think all the armor is no-drop, the weapons droppable.

This sounds a lot like the frozen weapon/armour quest that orginates in Stoneburnt Mountains. Might want to check it out there.

wow, what quest, this is one of the highest ac BST tunics I have seen.
Yes, this is nice, but you should take a look at Tree Weave. It is a 25ac 10str leather and up usable tunic, and has become fairly affordable on Brell and probably most other servers. Much higher ac and probably better stats for a beastlord. Then it's just sick to compare that (which I have bought for 1kpp) to the various quest and planar Beastlord armors...
This thing probably has higher ac than any planar chest armor for beastlords, if the rest of the high level beastlord armor is any indication. It's pretty bad when level 30ish armor has higher armor class than the stuff you have to quest or kill gods for at level 55+. :(
