I found that at level 24, killing Sporali's in Runnyeye to be very easy and a great way to raise EXP in a short time. Now at Level 28, a friend told me that killing Sporali is bad because lowering faction with them will hurt me later, as they appear in another dungeon and are attacking me on sight, even the green cons.
Is there anything that I need to be worried about over these muchrooms and their faction?

I am lvl 63 been playing for a long time been everywhere in Old World/ Kunark/ Velious and never ever ran into the Sporeli again.

I am only level 48, so I've obviously not journeyed everwhere on the planet and moon. With that said, I have not encountered any other mobs with Sporali faction in the zones that I have journeyed within.
