- This is the boss of the Lavastorm boat ride. Here's a spoiler for that event from Graceful Melody:

The requirements are that each person in the group has completed 4 related quests, those being Zek, Enchanted Lands, Feerrott and Everfrost access quests. Once those 4 access quests are completed, when ringing the Lavastorm bell in Enchanted Lands, there is the option of "The Burning Cauldron," the boat ride. Once on the boat, there is a hailable NPC near the steering wheel on the deck (don't recall the name but hes the only one on the boat). Once he is hailed the ride starts. There are a total of 13 waves of mobs, each wave consists of 1 Firestarter (always a single up arrow), 2 flame corsairs (no con) and 1 flame salamander (no con); their levels are either 38 or 39 and they are grouped. The firestart when spawned starts a fire on the boat, so he must be eliminated first for two reasons, first - fire enflicts damage onto players at about 80-150dmg a tick for about 12seconds and secondly, if the boat is completly on fire, you fail. During the waves 'a sootfoot water bladder' will spawn in random locations and in sets of 1 to 3 bladders per wave. The bladders are obtained by single clicking them, which places them in you inventory. To use them you need to place the mouse cursor over the flames until a clickable hand icon appears, at which time you right click and select 'douse.' Once doused the water bladder is consumed (Only ONE per character may be held). After successfully preventing the ship from being consumed in flames the 14th wave is the final, a named 41 double up, called Agrik the Swift (i've attached the best screenshot I could get) and his flame salamander (no con) also level 41. During this final battle there were no fires buring, and no new ones started and once he was dead, we hailed the NPC again and he allowed us to depart the boat which we were then zoned into Lavastorm The group consided of myself a 48 zerker, Kytar 45 dirge, Doctorjac 41 templar, Darksun 40 paladin, Synnja 40 swashbuckler and Elendil 38 swashbuckler and the total duration was slightly less then 25 minutes from the point of hailing the NPC to start to the second Agrik the Swift and his companion were killed.
