wowreader is not working again seems to happen a lot after updates. Is there something wrong on my end?

Until recently, I have had very few problems with the WoWReader, and I often use it to find out what gear I have sitting around in my bag slots. However, it appears now that my bags on the profile screens for my characters have been replaced with items from my bags (specifically items from the backpack).
This makes it difficult to use the profiler for anything other than checking gear that is currently equipped (which can be done easily via the armory).
I am curious if I am the only person experiencing this problem, or if it is a problem with the current WoWReader?
