i got this spell in west freeport, u can get there fastest if u have PoP, if u do in PoK go to freeport, out of the wall with a mirage spell cast on it, to the right to freeport,when just inside the gates of freeport, not zoned in yet, go to the left, there wil be a zone into freeport itself and one of the first buildings that u see is the bard guild house, it will have a bard guildmaster outside of it.[ask around if u need assistance] the spell costs around 8pp.

If you're in an AE group, this song is really helpful to slow the mobs the casters are stunning and nuking.

Twisting this with a couple AE DoTs and you'll really be doing some decent damage.
