This is called the Tome of Blunt Axe.
Under combat skills (alt c) it's called Blunt Axe.
This tome can be aquired from the main floor of the library in POK and in Ship City outside of Nedaria's Landing.
Give it(and all tomes and disciplines) to your GM (use the find button to find GM's and Tome Merchants) to learn the skill.
Uses one "Basic Axe Components" when used and will produce a stack of 20 Blunt Axes used for your various special attacks.
You can put this anywhere in your Inventory and it will take it from there when you use whichever skill.
Blunt Axe stats are:
MAGIC ITEM NO DROP
Slot: RANGE
Skill: Throwing Atk Kelay: 30
DMG: 6
WT: 1.0 Range: 125 Size: LARGE
Class: BER
Race: ALL

I am kind of upset that the new throwing axe is barely an upgrade to the level 1 throwing axe. The only difference that I have found is the level 5 axe has a slightly faster atk delay.

it's level 1 to level 5. 60 to 65 is a jump. 1 to 5 is scarcly an accomplishment. If they made a big jump in quality I would have been dissappointed
