For anyone on progression servers, this spell is marked "Original" (Maybe because there are vendors in the Froglok starting area and EFP who sell it on live), but it's actually not a spell that's available on a progression server until Kunark, when it's obtainable from vendors in The Overthere and Firiona Vie.
Cast this on your pet when moving. If charm breaks, it drops when your pet attacks you and you can get away.

Also confirming, this spell does not drop unless the recipient attacks something or casts a spell. Does not drop upon being attacked.
Worse thing about this spell is that you can not cast it, and then cast invisibility on yourself. If you could this spell would be $$$$

They lost the war and had to move the city. it is now on the east center of map. I found Shelae Wolfkin at 207, -3350 for this spell.

Yes this spell is sold by Burumy Fahon in Abysmal Sea. Her LOC is -70, -196, 98.

I have one - but when I try to cast it states I am "Not high enough level to cast" I am a lvl 30 druid. I just don't get it.

What does THAT mean?
"Fragile" means that the spell breaks if you are hit or cast another spell. Invisibility is another "fragile" spell.

That is incorrect. Scale of Wolf will not break if you are hit. Only if you attack or cast another spell.
That is correct just tested it. If you get hit it will not go away but if you attack or cast anouther spell it will go away...
