For anyone that was wondering, like I was, this spell will enchant 5 pieces at a time. Also the buff for losing 4 bricks when casting was "fixed" in a Aug 8 patch.

The Mass spells can be bought in the East Commons tunnel from Tallik Jaggedfire and Palik Agrolm. They are a hair shy of 84pp a piece with the best charisma (83pp 9g and some change).
Be aware that they ARE no drop items.

Wrong. They are NOT NODROP . I bought three today and passed them to three different chanter friends.

Hiya Y'all,
Got love the brains behind the designer's Being a Dwarven Smith I help the Chanters out, with Buying enchant Brellium spell for them as a thank you for helping me smith with Brellium. But for some reason I can't buy and pass this spell on to a Chanter willing to take time to enchant Brellium for becuase they make it No Drop Scroll?? which might have made sense if Dwarfs could be Chanters But now if I would like for some Kind Chanty to have this spell I can give him the money and have him run down to the tunnel in EC and Buy it instead of me doing some the leg work for my Smithing craft.
