Astobin must have lost his selling privileges for this spell. Now Wanderer Quenda (Druid spells 26 - 50) carries it in PoK library. She's next to Astobin but on the other side of the bookcase.

Does zoning cause this to drop?
Yep; any illusion spell will drop when you zone (yes, dieing counts too). Unless you're an enchanter with the Permanent Illusion AA, then it lasts until duration, usually a half hour.

Permanent illusion is much more permanent than that. A 30 minute illusion not only doesn't drop when zoning, it lasts for several days. I've never had my chanter's wear off unless she's dispelled or dies.

Just casted this spell on my Permanent Illusion enabled Enchanter, and it lasts 1000 minutes exactly.
I kept casting this on a group with "\tgb on" and I kept turning into the wolf and none of them. Pack spirit took as did pack chloroplast. Any reason why the wolf wouldn't?
Group Illusions are exluded from the /tgb as are group HOT (Heal Over Time) spells. Single target HOT and only certain single target illusions work. Some illusions require you to be grouped with the target (i.e. boon of garou and wolf forms). This is because many of these will cause you to be KOS and it could be used to get others killed in places that are unfriendly to wildlife. Night's Dark Terror (scarecrow) is able to be cast on non-group members.

The illusion is White wolf, not Black. Black is form of the howler, the next upgrade.
I bought this spell the other day and it is No Drop.

Just wondering if it is true that PoP spells are all No Drop, causing you to purchase PoP, rather than buy from other players...
