Purchasable in PoK on Pathfinder Arelat for 6pp.
This spell is not no drop, back when I was in Crushbone (ok maybe it wasn't that long ago) a friendly ranger came up to me and said....
"Here, you'll need this someday :)"
Handed me this and ran off to pl someone...
Special thanks to whoever that mysterious ranger was! I still remember your noble deed! ..Actually.. at the time I didn't think I was going to bother getting my ranger that far.. but I dinged 30 today! It was the first spell I memmed..

Has anyone noticed that this does not stack with haste spells? A chanter was unable to get haste to stick while RP was on. Is there a haste effect to this spell as well?
It's not the haste, it's the AC that doesn't stack. Most likely you were trying to receive Augmentation, which adds haste, ac and agility.
Ask your enchanter for regular haste, not the melee buff haste.

I think he means casting for a donation.
Not only is this an AC buff and a Damage sheild, But it lasts for 1 hour! And it stacks on all other Damage sheild buffs of the ranger/druid line and all other AC buffs...In other words this is one of the few spells that is cheap to cast, and is worth selling to other players. I believe that given time it will be second only to the SoW in sellability for Rangers.
