I don't think this spell actually drop off the following creatures, I've killed them many times and its not droped:

I just killed 2 Guardian Wurms in front of Veeshan's Peak. The second one dropped Pox of Bertoxxulous.

i actually speak 25 languages. :-p
was only doing 77 a tick against a 65 shaman in arena when I just bought it.. I'm level 59.. is that right? or whats the deal.. spell description says 111 per tick.. just wondering :)

DoT's and nukes have a reduced damage against other players in PvP areas. Don't know for sure if this is server wide on the PvP servers, but i believe so.

The spell doesn't say how many ticks or overrall damage. I have bane of life from lvl 56 I think it was. It does 214 a tick for 7 ticks. I wonder if it's not about the same or is that much better? This spell is 25K on my server AND the words of agony sell for around 12.5K each. Just wonder if it's worth it to buy. Anyone able to tell me that has bought and used spell?
The duration is listed above as 1.8 (18 ticks). The difference between it and Bane of Nife is that it is a Disease based DoT, while Nife is Poison based. We get a disease tash type spell called Insidious Decay at lvl 52 which helps us land this spell. Total calculated damage is 2088 (quite a spanking 
) for Pox, BUT only IF the mob survives for 18 ticks. Bane of Nife will only do 1648 damage but it does it in well under half the amount of time.
In the same 7 ticks, Pox only does 867 damage (only a little more than half of Bane of Nife). Personally, I don't feel it's worth the typically 20k being charged on my server the Rathe. If I soloed more maybe I would, but even when I saw someone sell it for 10k, I didn't buy it. I may buy it for under 10k if it comes down, and it seems that the ones for sale don't sell very fast.
This Dot will have less aggro due to lower damage per tick but would be wasteful of mana if the mob dies quickly. The Epic clicky DoT is a nice low aggro alternative, but not everyone has that, and it is Magic based which may give resist trouble on some mobs.
Whether or not to buy this spelly depends on a few things imho: play style (solo vs. group/raid), mobs with high resists on Poison and Magic, and your bank account...

That's what it's called "A Piece of Parchment" and "A Quill", give to a max researcher (200) with a +5% mod and hope he/she doesn't fail. Make sure to tip.

WHY IS THIS SPELL SO HARD TO GET?!?!
Agony and the flake of lodestone are hard to come by. Bazaar commonly has revenant at around 1k on Lanys.

I dono, but you can research it now, I just made a copy for a guild shaman. One more way to get those pesky 50 - 60 rare spells. I think revenant and agony are the hardest words to track down for this combine.
