Just found out that this stacks with the Cleric's 'Virtue' buff, just have to cast it second

The NPCs that were in FV are still in the same zone, but instead of "the city proper" they are now in the abandoned outpost almost directly east of the tunnel with the PoK book on the far eastern side of zone.

No it's not for sale in PoK as far as I know but All you have to do is get somone that is not KoS in FV or make a gimp to buy it the spell is NOT No Drop...

This spell doesnt seem to stack with the cleric spell Blessed Armor of the Risen which gives clerics HP, AC, and mana regen of 6 per tick.
