I think you're thinking of Torbas' Poison Blast.
I went to her with gnome necro, and she isn't selling. I got faction up to indifferent, but after asking if I'm a cleric, I replied "I am a cleric." and the message returns "She doesn't seem to be interested in a necromancer.". I dont know what Im doing wrong, but it a bit annoying and paradoxical given that this spell is for a necro...!

this spell may be purchased in thurgadin from lorekeeper deeria location -163.21, 766.91, -16.87 once you zone into thurg go w (or make a left) and go straight till you enter a church once in church make a right youll see a library with lorekeepers everyware guess what your here find deeria get spell and be gone hope this helps you gl maldaven out
