Anyone know where I can buy this and what currency I use - PP, Orum, Doubloon?

Never seen a druid port that has single target...usually either group or self...can anyone shed any light here?
Starting with the Serpent's Spine expansion, druids started getting translocate spells along the lines that wizards have had. This spell is one of those spells.
Without the reagent "small portal fragments" that wizards require.
