I have been to this location. No sign of this guy. Does anyone have any idea where he is located?? For druid port spells to Buried Sea.
If a Druid uses their Circle spell to get you to The Buried Sea, she's inside the Druid Ring.
just went there, she is there, at the druid ring on monkey rock (SE) island.
