Your using your invulnerability songs ALL wrong. When you have a crowded place to pull and need to run through other mobs that are big hitters, put on one of your invulnerability songs on and get to pullin. I know you cant sing or anything when on but you can use area aggro or just activate it after you aggro. Hope this helps, as a bard i had to learn everything by myself with no tips or advice and it was a pain. Good Luck playing the hardest class on EQ. Its worth it though.

Here's a great use for the item. You as a bard can probably run past all those see invis mobs and make it across half the zone and survive to zone out. But what about your cleric? or druid? Through this on them and they can make a break through the see invis mobs or wherever they want to run. As long as they can zone to lose the aggro at the end.

We have a group version of this. This song seems pointless.
I don't have this spell, but two possibilities that would make this spell useful:
a) If it was on a separate recast timer than the group invulnerability.
b) If it had a agro reducing element to it.
Can anyone confirm/reject those possibilities?

The one use I see for this is when someone in your group (such as the slower/healer/wizard etc) suddenly gets agro they dont want. You quickly react by casting this on them. For the brief moment they are invulnerable they wont have agro or take damage and will give the tank a few moments to regain agro. Thus saving them, even if only for a few moments.
In practice, it can be very hard to predict when a good time to cast this will be.

I have been trying to use this song in many different ways. Of course its nice to cast on your Cleric thats about to drop, but otherwise its kind of a pain. I had really hoped it would allow our MT's extra time taking no damage on raid mob,but they say its hard to keep that vital Agro durring that 20 secs. Would like to see some more uses from other Bards. Hick
