Thats the link to Ranger Earthcal Effect. The claws both have similar stats to the ranger swords as well.
Amazing how they make the similar effect, yet it had to be better. Less ticks to fulfil the complete time of the DOT, and the slow is 55% rather than 20% to 50% the Ranger epic puts out. The slow for the ranger swords is actually a weaker slow than the mid 20's shaman spell. Just makes me happier to be a ranger I guess.
