I get a message that I am to inexperienced to even attempt this combine. My JC is at 200 atm. Can someone comfirm what lvl of JC you can start this combine?

If you want the imbue spell for yourself, e.i. if you are an enchanter/cleric, you need:
Raw diamond
Metallic liquid
spell: imbue diamond (cleric spell)
Combine in a Planar Jeweller's kit
= spell: Imbue valor
Then to make a yellow diamond of valor you must have in your inventory while the spell is cast by you:
Raw diamond
Metallic liquid
= Yellow diamond of Valor
To make the ring:
distilled mana is a spell cast by enchanters, you need 2 sapphires, and 1 poison vial, they are consumed to make the distilled mana.
Combine the distilled mana + the brick of valorium in the PoP forge : triv. 135
Take that enchanted brick of valorium + the Yellow diamond of Valor + the razor fiend talon, combine in the Planar Jewelry kit:
= Valorium Ring of Gallantry : triv. >250
So the complete list of ingrediants for the ring is, from complete scratch:
spell: distill mana
2 sapphires
1 poison vial
1 brick of valorium
2 metallic liquid
2 raw diamonds
spell: imbue diamond
razor fiend talon

Bar of Valorium + Distilled mana in Tanaan Forge worked for me.
The last part of this is giving me headaches. Everything else is done except the enchanted bar of valorium. Have the brick, have the distilled mana, but when i try to combine them in the forge it says unable to combine in this container type. Please someone give me a yell with what I am doing wrong.
you need to use a PoP forge in PoK :)

I still have more questions and maybe they would be better asked in traders corner, but this is the most info I have found on 'how to make this ring' so Im gonna ask here.
In one of the earlier replys I thought I read that your could make a bar of valorium with a birck of valorium, a vial of distilled mana, a poison vial, 2 sapphires (made using the spell imbued valor) I have or can get all of this but what needs to be imbued or (and I think Im wrong here so dont attack me) do you need the spell Imbue valor with the combined.
Its a great ring and I would love to make it for friends

The 2 sapphires and the poison vial are used by an enchanter to make the mana vial.
You just combine the bar and the mana vial in the PoK forge.

You don't combine the scroll with anything, it's a spell cast by Clerics (lv 64) and Enchanters (lv 63).
You smith your Enchanted Bar of Valorium using a brick of valorium and a Vial of Distilled Mana (Smithing > 135).
Take the YDoV and the EBoV and combine them with the Razorfiend Talon in a *Planar's* Jewelry Kit and BOOM! The Ring. (Jewelcraft > 250).

the only hard part in this quest is getting the liquid, and thats just a matter of luck basicly... once you have that you're homefree, just wish for the one combining it doesn't fail ;)

you combine liquid, diamond and spell ? I don't understand how you do that.
combine the liquid, raw diamond, and "imbue diamond" scoll to get imbue valor. Then you can imbue raw diamonds using a metallic liquid into yellow diamond of valor.

You imbue the Raw Diamond by casting the spell, then it will change to 'imbued raw diamond'
(I am assuming here someone may know differently, but that is how I imbue emeralds for other trade skill items.)
So it should say Imbued Raw Diamond instead of Raw Diamond.
