Yeolarn Bronzeleaf is found at +12.77, -433.90, in the Clerics Guild. He's on Find (Ctrl+F). You need Indifferent faction with Clerics of Tunare to obtain this quest.

    You say, 'Hail Yeolarn Bronzeleaf'

Yeolarn Bronzeleaf says 'Hail, ______! We of Tunare are charged with protecting the Great Mother from the forces of Innoruuk. Even now, the evil missions of this foul deity are dispoiling our great forest. Will you help us [protect the Mother]?

You say, 'I will help protect the Mother.'

Yeolarn Bronzeleaf says 'Just outside the gates of Felwithe, the forces of Innoruuk gather in the guise of decaying skeletons. Bring me four set of bone chips as proof of our vigilance. I assure you, your faith shall not go unrewarded.'

Yeolarn wants you to bring him 4 Bone Chips. They drop (among many others) off a decaying skeleton in Greater Faydark, just outside Felwithe.

Yeolarn Bronzeleaf says 'Praise Tunare! I knew you would be victorious. I reward you with this spell, and pray that it will help you in your fight against the unholy forces of Innoruk. When you are ready you will make a fine [Initiate of Tunare].'

Your faction standing with Clerics of Tunare has been adjusted by 2.
Your faction standing with King Tearis Thex has been adjusted by 2.
    You gain experience!!

Turned in bone chips today and there is no longer a faction hit on Anti-mage on turn in. +2 to Clerics of Tunare and +2 to King of Earis Thex. As mentioned above the Anti-Mage faction is no longer listed in the new faction window in the game. Also, Yeolarn won't give you the quest at apprehensive. I was able to do the turn ins as soon as I got to indifferent.

Edit : 6600 more bone chips still not max ally with anti-mage.

Used my rogue in plane of growth and bottomed out clerics of tunare faction. Dwarf agnostic rogue. it took 2500 bone chips (thats 625 tasks) to go from max scowls to glares threateningly. which means scowls is a 1250 point span for a dwarven agnostic rogue. took 500 more bone chips ( 125 tasks) to get to dubiously. which means glares threateningly is a 250 point span.

    You say, 'Hail Yeolarn Bronzeleaf'

Yeolarn Bronzeleaf says 'Hail, Sythik! We of Tunare are charged with protecting the Great Mother from the forces of Innoruuk. Even now, the evil missions of this foul deity are dispoiling our great forest. Will you help us [protect the Mother]?

You say, 'I will help protect the Mother'

Yeolarn Bronzeleaf says 'Just outside the gates of Felwithe, the forces of Innoruuk gather in the guise of decaying skeletons. Bring me four set of bone chips as proof of our vigilance. I assure you, your faith shall not go unrewarded.'

    Handin 4 bone chips

Your faction standing with Clerics of Tunare got better.

Your faction standing with Anti-Mage got better.

    Don't waste your bone chips

Don't waste your bone chips on this quest. I just did it 30 times, only got spell: strike worth 1 sp 9 cp and a very small faction hit. Doing the quest 30 times got me less than 100 points of faction. So if you want to raise faction with these guys you are much better off filling pandos with muffins in West Freeport.

The Dwarven guards & Warriors were threatening to me, and I used an Illusion potion (Halfling; I couldn't find any Dwarf ones at the time) and they went all the way up to amiable, so one of those might be worth the 100-200pp if you need the faction (or just don't want to be attacked).

If you are pondering doing this quest as an alternative to the Kaladim one (for experience purposes) don't bother. At level 4 I didn't even get 1% xp / completion (compared with about 10% in Kaladim).

Unfortunately half elf bards following Rallos Zek are KoS in Kaladim.

If you were referring to the person posting about the Anti-Mage/mechants of Felwithe factions, that was not a "whine", it was a question about how to repair factions. STFU.
    Anti-Mage
    # Jan 30 2002 at 1:13 PM Rating: Default
What the heck kind of faction is this? I assume it's a good faction but I haven't seen a good description of it, anywhere.

One of my friends attacked the High Elf merchant on AC island in OOT, he was about to die so I completely healed him with my 39 High Elf cleric.

    I received faction hits for

    Ant-Mage -and-
    Merchants of Felwithe.

    --

That one kill took me from Indifferent to Apprehensive with the Merchants in Felwithe.

Repairing the Anti-mage faction looks easy but the Merchants of Felwithe may be unrepairable.

One way of "repairing" the faction Merchants of Felwithe is by giving keys to the slaves in Crushbone.
    BEST OF THE BEST QUEST
    # Jan 23 2002 at 6:09 PM Rating: Default
The best quest is in kaladim. I got to lvl 5 without even fighting anything but sleletons. You also get weapons and patchwork armor from the kaladim quest, so all you newbies on Faydwer should head to kaladim. :-)

Faction and good newbie cleric quest
    # Jul 28 2001 at 12:33 PM Rating: Default
This quest is good for nearly anyone. All you need to do is get a stack of bonechips and do the quest.By the time you are finished your faction should be much better(or worse if your a ally with "the dead"). Also for all level 1 clerics it gets one of your best level 1 spells and a faction boost. So the money that you would use at level 1 for strike(1gp 2sp) you can just keep it instead of buying it.

    Great to all High Elves.

I'm a level 4 Enchanter and I love doing this quest. Not only do I get the exp, money, and faction raise. But as I can't use the scroll I sell it for even more money. This quest can be done over and over so there is no end to the money you can make. In the long run you get more money then selling the chips to vendors.
RE: Great to all High Elves.
    # Jul 07 2001 at 1:45 PM Rating: Default
    I have to agree JT.
I also do this quest over and over again and sell the spells back to Yeolarn Bronzeleaf. I don't have need for bone chips and if noone is around who is shouting for them i sell them to the Clerics Guild.

I tried this one with my cute, charming, friendly little gnome (who worships Brell Serilis) and the pointy-eared, stuck-up old fart in the Cleric's guild made some comment about slime that could speak and refused to have any dealings with me.

#Anonymous, Posted: Jun 07 2002 at 3:56 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) he is right they must hate gnomes because when i tried to do the quest the dang man said "you are not a member of the cleric class guild get out while you still can."guess what my guy traveled all the way from ak'anon.i even tried to do each bone chip seperate but guess what it didnt work.i even got so mad i shouted why wont this this dang quest work.i wasted 8 bone chips on that guy.so i guess i'll try with another character.i guess ill make a cleric but it also could be the other they they had to run some patches and it could be broke like the cave in downshroud peak.

    cute, charming, friendly gnome ?
    At least little was right:)

    Have you checked your faction?
But i suppose Yeolarn Bronzeleaf was one time in his live in Ak'Anon (like me) and decided never to go there anymore:)
That was also the reason why he called you slime, 'cos you have to drink that ugly green water of Ak'Anon...
