Each of the roamers in this zone have a section where they spawn and walk. For Tisella, Brognot, and lesser nightmare, set up aroung 1400, -456. Face northeast, toward the canyon where the burnt guardians are, and kill anything walking to or from them. They are not on the same spawn cycle so if you spawn one of them, you can leave them up. I just killed Tisella and both Brognot and the lesser nightmare are currently up on track.
These don't seem to wander far either. The spawn points are anywhere in between Head Miner Bibol / Lavaspinner's Lair back to the middle of the fire drakes around 964, 318. I believe the rock dervish / thought bleeder are Tisella's placeholders - at least that's spawned her for me.
Don't worry about killing anything else in that section unless you need the warbones. If you need those, just swivel right and kill things near the lone burnt tree. Both will spawn rather quickly. But for Tisella, Brognot, and lesser nightmare, you only need to kill the roamers pathing to and from the burnt guardians.

I planted a character at +1220, -200, -92 and killed everything that pathed over me. On a separate character I roamed the zone killing anything that moved. Eventually I got a steady stream of mobs that pathed over my character, and a short while late the nightmare walked right over me.
Mobs that walked over me include: a lava basilisk, a fire drake, a fire elemental, a fire imp. They came from both NE and SW, with the nightmare coming from the SW. I'm unsure how many of these are PH's for the nightmare, but I'm hopeful this info is helpful for those chasing the hunter.

The hardest part of this Achievement is the sheer number of mobs you need to find. I started by trying the method suggested above. I was able to get A Warbone Monk and A Warbone Spearman pretty quickly there. After a few hours however I moved over to the druid ring where I was able to get Flameclaw (seems to spawn about once an hour or so), Bognot (again about once an hour), and Tisella as she walked through the area.

The Cinder Goblin Overseer and Scorchfist both spawn at the Cinder Goblin camp next to the zone to Solusek's Eye.
Flamebite spawns in the chasm with the pools of lava just north of the zone to Temple of Solusek Ro.
Scorchwing spawns near the caves that lead to The Broodlands.
The Lavaspinner Protector is inside those caves in the northwestern most chamber.
A Solusek Goblin Assassin spawns outside the zone to Nagafen's Lair.
Molgo, Solusek Goblin Comander and Solusek Goblin Lookout all spawn among the goblins around the ring of the lava lake at the center of the zone.
Shadowhand and Shadowsoul spawn with the A Shadowed Man on the mountain tops at the east side of the zone (there are three different spawn points on three different mountains)
Swirlstone pops outside of the zone to Najena.
And finaly, A Lesser Nightmare took the longest for me and spawned near Lavaspinners Lair, where the four A burnt Guardians stand.
With the exception of Tisella (only saw her twice in 23 hours) and the Lesser Nightmare (23 hours to get him to spawn), once you figure out where they spawn its pretty easy to get them. Most pop within an hour of camping their place holders and three hours is the longest any took (A Solusek Goblin Assassin, and A Lavaspinner Protector). Hope this helps. Good hunting!

yesterday while hunting Lesser nightmare and Tisella I had 6 mobs spawn while standing in one spot ….. when you zone in from NF zone .. run straight up till you hit the wall that runs from right to left … from there go right ..till you hit a little gap between the wall that runs right to left and the one that runs up and down ….loc is about +1200 / - 250 / -93 … what I did was kill everything on the side with snakes/ Lizards/ elemnts and anything else I could hit from there … which spawned WarBone Monk (3 times min.) and Warbone Spearman (7 times Min.) the more important part is kill everything that comes threw that gap ( I am not sure which is the place holder ) I Spawned Brognot 3 times .. and a lesser nightmare (1 time he popped near the burnt skellies .. i think he was heading toward my spot when i caught him)… and i also popped Flameclaw once ,,, ( he is the Fire Drakes that come threw the gap .. but when he spawned he headed out toward the druid rings… ) ..anything that comes threw that gap either way is kill it .. Fire Drakes ,Lizards, Snakes , elements and even had a dust storm come threw ….leave Sir Leonel alone he is not part of the spawn cycle (every so often he would walk threw ) .. i got all of them to spawn in about 5 hours …..Tisella spawned today about 10 minutes (she spawned over by the Druid rings heading for my spot when i caught her )
I used a Druid to Track and a Pally with a bow to kill the mobs ...it was easier and faster recast time .. plus it made it easy to kepp track of how many mobs i killed ( Around 850 plus in the 5 hours)
