I was here today, at the loc given in the post here, and killed these guys probably 15-20 spawn cycles, never saw him. Im wondering if i am at the right spot, because the other post here says the PH is always a cleric, and at the loc i was fighting it was rarely a cleric. This is the goblin camp around the big lava pit right?

The PH is a solusek goblin priest, they cast cleric spells, but is named a priest. The other posts with the /loc and information are correct. I am currently camping it and will report back with kill confirmed. Confirmed it spawns at the camp described at the /loc. Took about 10 hours to get one

If you're facing north, this is the PH for the Lookout. It is always a Solusek Goblin Cleric. They are a pain to kill if you are low enough to still get XP from them. As soon as you get the Clerics to 30%, they heal back up to 60% and they never seem to run out of mana.
This is the eastern Solusek Goblin camp BTW.

this guy was blue to a level 35, the level is wrong.
He was blue to level 27 so perhaps he just has a larger level range.

What kind of spawn timer is he on?
