Recharge the Ring of the Dead

This quest allows you to recharge the "Ring of the Dead" which must be purchased from Marcia Attamilgad for 70 Nobles.
This quest starts and ends with Xantis Ixtax, one of the merchants in the Neriak Necromancer guild in Third Gate. Hail, Xantis Ixtax Xantis Ixtax says 'Greetings, disciple (playername). Feel free to inspect my wares. I am here to serve all necromancers of the Dead. I can also enchant a [ring of the Dead] if you have one.' You say, 'ring of the Dead' At this point you must have at least KINDLY faction with "The Dead" in order for her to continue speaking to you. Xantis Ixtax says 'The ring of the Dead is the mark of loyal members of the his house. One can use it to bind his soul to any point, but only once and then the enchantment is gone. It is my duty to enchant the ring of the Dead once it is drained of all power, but only for a loyal member. I believe you to be loyal. I require the drained ring and ten gold coins.' Give her the uncharged Ring of the Dead and the equivalent of 10 gold Xantis Ixtax says 'Come now.. I said I require the ring of the Dead and 10 gold pieces.' Upon Turnin: Xantis Ixtax says, 'Here you are, disciple. I have enchanted your ring once more.' Reward is a recharged Ring of the Dead with 1 charge of Bind Affinity. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

This quest should be added to Xantis Ixtax and the Ring of the Dead item. Got one today from Marcia.
To raise The Dead faction I killed:
Morgalanth Tal`Raeloen and Draxiz N`Ryt in Neriak Commons and High Priestess Alexandria, Qrixat Du'voy, and Talorial D`Estalian in Neriak Third Gate.
I just kept doing a loop killing these guys. All are on about a 5 minute spawn time except Draxiz which is closer to 10 minutes so I got him every other time. Didnt really take long at all to max the faction, 364 points every 10 minutes.
Unfortunately, I've discovered that my toon maxes faction at Amiably so I'm stuck not able to recharge.
