The item says "Charges: None" Does that mean that this item has charges? If so how many does it start with? (I'm assuming if it had them, the one in the picture doesn't anymore <smile>)

Actually you can recharge it which makes it the best item to get in this serie of quests. Instant evac, rechargeable. How is that?

The effect on this thing is the best reason to want it...the gem a wizard needs to cast the portal costs about 250pp, and this would get you there for free (I assume).

I would want it because 50mana is a lot for a nec slot item. My int is already maxed, so I need to start replacing INT gear with mana gear. To bad I can't get to the planes yet.
