POA like Hate, requires a gem for wiz to port group to PoA from the wiz spire in SRO. GL to ya, I'm gonna work on this belt as much as I can for my tank

FYI you can port in from anywhere sro is juust good because the druid and wiz rings are in close proximity

Haste items, only the highest haste from an item will go, two haste items will NOT add up thier haste effects.
Haste stacking works in 3 different catagories:

Spell,
you can have one of each, but thats it!

You can have ONE effect: haste item, and ONE bard song/enchanter haste. With the exception of the Ervjai (sp?) line (which pretty much suck, only 5-10% haste) bard songs and enchanter spells do NOT stack. The icons stack, but only the higher haste takes hold.

Can anyone tell me where to find the NPC in PoA to turn the pieces into. I have all four components, but don't know where to find Ogog, who I'm told is the one to give these to.

one of the "soap dishes" that are porters on the first island will port you to the efreeti cave inside the 1st island where all the quest npc for all the classes are

Sorry, but that was a really stoopid question. All of the Class specific quests require as components drops (Which are No Drop) off mobs IN the Plane of Air.

Most people don't it's a slim few who are computer geeks or impotent or something bad that they get made fun of IRL or they are low rung ppl at work ect. so they find someone with not as much knowledge and pick on them. I personally think it was a valid question.

Please people when you know that someone has been camping for a long time, don't pester them about when they are going to leave. Don't sit down next to them to "wait" until they are done. You might be waiting a long time and then the time it takes for you to complete your camp on top of that. The NPC will always respawn and will always be there. Just ask them kindly if they will send you a tell when they are done and 9 times out of 10 they will. These players are tired from camping that long of a period and quite understandably a little grouchy and become extremely nervous at the thought of someone possibly stealing their kill. So, be courteous.

Rumor has it that the haste % is somewhere between 40 and 50 it's supposed to have more haste then any other item so far found in the game
