This task starts with Poison Masters in various cities and has a seven-day lockout timer. This is the second "Small Favor" task for rogues (the first being "A Small Favor - Endoc Cron").
You say, 'Hail, Poison Master Opto' Poison Master Opto looks you over, assesing your worth. 'Hello there ______. It is good that you have come to me today, that you have sought me out. I was just saying to myself, Self, I said, who is worthy of this [opportunity] I have? And now, here you are!' Angie Mack says 'Hi there, ______! When you have a moment, I'm down by the docks and would love to talk about a proposal I have for you.' You say, 'Opportunity?' Poison Master Opto nods. 'Yes, a most fantastic opportunity. I happen to have in my posession certain items. These items, when combined together, form [toxins] of various purposes. You might put one on a blade and if your hand happened to slip and the blade pierced the side of your enemy, why that enemy might begin to suffer terrible agony. And that would be a terrible shame, wouldn't it?' You say, 'Toxins?' Poison Master Opto laughs. 'You're interested? Of course you are! But I am a businessman. If I were to give you these items you would need to do a [service] for me, first. A small token of your appreciation for the gift that I will bestow upon you.' You say, 'What service?' Poison Master Opto smiles grimly, and you suddenly realize what a dangerous individual you are dealing with. 'Here is your task, young one. Do not disappoint me. Never forget the tools of your craft - you must be invisible to detection or you will surely die. And you're no good to me dead!' You have been assigned the task 'A Small Favor - Eldrith Tenk'. The Poison Master has asked you to do a simple task and promised ample rewards for your small service. Travel to West Freeport and resolve a small misunderstanding between the Poison Master and one Louis Stull. It would be in your best interests to be hidden from view while undertaking this task as the Poison Master's informants report the Freeport Militia are on high alert. Make sure you're SOS before entering Freeport. Watch out for the Militia Patrol which can see through SOS and hit for ~95,000. I was level 22 Rogue. I died because when I attacked Eldrith Tenk it said "Invulnerable". Ok how do I kill the guy?
Did this quest with a lvl 17 rogue but died first try because of guard. The next try I had grouped 34 mage pet just kill Eldrith Tenk fast before guard showed up and got reward

All the Poison Maker tasks and NPCs share a 7 day lockout on repeating the task, but they are repeatable.

Got this task as a lvl 16 rogue from Poison Master Skuk in Crescent Reach (loc is neg 481, neg 1162, across from Cleric GM in Crescent Reach grove). After two or three deaths because I failed to read the requirements, I decided to use an Invis potion (and buy some extra Cloudy pots just in case). Was able to complete the quest. Eldrith was DB to me (at 16) and went down rather easily. No factions hits noted. Rewards: 20x (each)Consigned Bite of the Shissar I, Consigned Primative Sealed Poison Vial, Weak Mamba Venom, Suspension Fluid, and Emulsifier.
Also, hailed Skuk again and was able to receive the task again, so it is repeatable.
