I think it is the mail quest which happen in Ak'Anon.A female tree elf ask u deliver a mail to kelethin's bard guild.It is a easy job for gnome nec get better faction.But the merchant still dont talk and sell me .I get 7gp for doing this quest.

I was in Ak'Anon for other reasons, and ran in to Lyra and she asked me to deliver mail. After following her script, it came down to asking her about the [mail] and it doesn't continue from there. She stops after the last statement and doesn't give any mail.

There are two things that must be said to get the mail. As I am a Bard, I set up some social keys for the mail quests... First:
I am interested in mail
"i'm" doesn't work, this is the shortest message I have found which does ... unless it has changed since i tried "what mail" many moons ago...
The second phrase you must say is
I will deliver to City
Don't need to say "mail", actually. The city name does need to be spelled correctly. In fact, if you say "I will NOT deliver to City" you will get the mail anyway LOL... So I have one social for the first message, and then different social buttons for each city. Don't click the second too soon, the Bards giving the quest seem to expect you to take some time to decide if you want to deliver, heh. If you do, just say it again, get the mail, and start running!
